Account Deletion
Last updated: September 6, 2026You can permanently delete your NAT PASS account and associated learning data using either method below.
Delete in the app
Sign in to NAT PASS, open account settings under My, select Permanently delete account, and confirm. This deletes information associated with the account, including sign-in identity, answer history, mistakes, favorites, progress, push tokens, and reward records.
Request deletion on the web
If you cannot use the app, email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject “NAT PASS account deletion.” We will verify ownership to prevent accidental deletion.
Subscriptions require a separate step
Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately through the store where it was purchased. Transaction records that must be retained by law are handled by the store or operator under applicable law.
