Terms of Service

1. Nature of the service
NAT PASS is an independent, unofficial Japanese exam practice tool. It is not affiliated with, approved by, or part of NAT-TEST or any other examination body. Practice content is original or clearly licensed and is not official exam material.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Use valid sign-in information and keep your account secure. Reverse engineering, bulk extraction or resale of questions, bypassing subscriptions or advertising limits, and interference with the service are prohibited.
3. Learning results
Scores and ranges shown in the app are learning feedback. We do not guarantee exam results, employment, admission, visa outcomes, or agreement with an examination body's final score.
4. Subscriptions and advertising
Free features may include advertising. Product, price, trial, renewal, and duration information shown by the App Store or Google Play at purchase controls. The store manages billing and cancellation, and restored membership is verified again by our server.
5. Intellectual property
Original questions, explanations, images, audio, screens, and software are protected by applicable law. You receive a limited right to use them for personal, non-commercial study only.
6. Changes and responsibility
We may change the service to correct problems, improve security or learning, or meet legal requirements. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible beyond mandatory legal requirements for interruption caused by networks, devices, third-party stores, or events outside our control.
7. Suspension and deletion
We may restrict an account for a serious violation of these terms. You may permanently delete your account, but deleting the app or account does not cancel a store subscription.
