The tax-inclusive price shown on the purchase screen, App Store, or Google Play applies. NAT PASS PRO is planned at JPY 990 per month, but the store price shown at purchase controls.
Additional costs
Users are responsible for data and internet charges required to use, download, or update the app and to load ads, audio, images, and question data.
Payment method and timing
Payment is processed through App Store or Google Play in-app purchase when the purchase is confirmed. Available payment methods are those shown by the store.
Delivery
Paid features are normally available after the store confirms payment. Network conditions or store processing may cause a short delay.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew for the period shown by the store. Disable renewal through the store account used to purchase before the store's deadline. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a subscription.
Cancellation and refunds
Digital services cannot be returned or exchanged for convenience after delivery begins. Rights required by law and the App Store or Google Play refund policies take priority.
Requirements and notice
A compatible Android or iOS device listed by the store and an internet connection are required. NAT PASS is an independent, unofficial study app and does not guarantee exam, employment, admission, or visa outcomes.
