Privacy Policy

1. Information we handle

Account information such as your email address, display name, sign-in method, and email verification status.

Learning information such as selected level, answer history, mistakes, favorites, progress, results, and reminder settings.

Device and operational information such as app version, language, country or region, time zone, push token, and error or security logs.

Subscription product, expiry, and membership status. Apple or Google processes full payment-card information; we do not store it.

Google AdMob may process device identifiers and ad interaction data when free features show advertising.

2. Why we use it

To provide registration, sign-in, synchronization, question practice, review, results, and notifications.

To score answers on the server, prevent duplicate rewards, verify subscription access, and keep the service secure.

To answer requests, delete accounts, and meet legal obligations.

3. Service providers

We may use Render, MongoDB Atlas, Cloudflare R2, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, Google Sign-In, Expo, and the Apple and Google app stores. Necessary information may be processed outside your country or region under each provider's policies.

4. Retention and deletion

Account and learning information is retained while your account exists. You can request permanent deletion in the app or by following the account deletion page. Related information is deleted except where retention is legally required or where security records can no longer be linked to you.

5. Your choices

Features that do not require sign-in can be used as a guest. You can disable notifications and manage advertising permissions and subscriptions in your device or store settings. Declining optional permissions does not prevent basic question practice.

6. Minors

NAT PASS is intended for general Japanese-language learners and is not primarily directed to children. Minors should use purchase features with permission and guidance from a parent or guardian.
